Sunny Rock Harbor

About

A rock star searching for purpose. A small-town woman afraid to fall again.

When burned-out rock star Devon Dixson rents a lake house in sleepy Sunny Rock Harbor, all he wants is to escape the chaos of fame and find his muse again. What he doesn’t expect is Paige Purdy, a fiercely independent souvenir shop owner who’s sworn off complicated men after her last heartbreak.

Their worlds couldn’t be more different: his filled with stages and screaming fans, hers with quiet sunsets and small-town gossip. But from their first charged encounter, sparks fly hotter than a summer bonfire. As Devon rediscovers his passion for music, Paige begins to believe love might be worth the risk again.

Yet when fame, distance, and an obsessive ex threaten their fragile happiness, both must decide whether this summer fling can survive beyond Labor Day.

Set against the breathtaking shores of Michigan’s Upper Peninsula, Sunny Rock Harbor is a steamy, emotional rock star romance about second chances, unexpected love, and finding home in another person’s heart. Perfect for fans of Sarina Bowen, Kristen Callihan, and Devney Perry.

Praise for this book

Melina Druga’s story of a grumpy, conflicted rock star and an upbeat, if battered, shop owner, is engaging and entertaining. Devon and Paige are a great match despite being so different. I love the way their connection unfolds against the backdrop of stargazing and beach dates, taking full advantage of the beautiful area that’s been so healing for both of them. Sunny Rock Harbor isn’t free of drama, though, because Paige’s ex shows up and the whole town pressures her to reconcile, which she firmly does not want. It’s a necessary conflict that forces both Devon and Paige to confront what they want from their relationship. Is it just a summer fling, or can it last once the weather changes?
